  5. DESCRIPTION
  6.         Return a string describing the error which occured during the last
  7.         database transaction. If the last database transaction was successful,
  8.         this call returns 0.

  10.         The function is available only if the driver is compiled with
  11.         mySQL support. In that case, __MYSQL__ is defined.
